Chicken Salad
for Sandwiches or in a Salad

Ever since Willie was a young girl,
she loved mixing, cooking and feeding people.
This is one of her faves
and great to serve at Tea Time Too!

Ingredients:
10 oz. of chicken
TIP : YOU CAN USE CANNED CHICKEN
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 medium vidalia onion, chopped finely
romaine lettuce, for each sandwich

Season with:
celery salt
kosher salt
fresh ground black pepper

Directions:
In a bowl...
Shred chicken very well
Add remaining ingredients
and
mix well with a fork
Place in fridge to chill

Then top your favorite bread, bun or roll!
