After sharing a smile, Catherine looked at the next
photo and said,
"You spoiled me so on this Valentine's Day,
chocolates, flowers, and a lovely card too."

Suavely Vincent responded, "Ahhh, yes, and you
spoiled me as well, by showing your sweet
appreciation."

To which Catherine slapped his arm, as she, with
flushed cheeks replied  "Oh Vincent!"
As Catherine looked at the next photo, she said, "Oh I
loved this dress!"

She then with a chuckle added, "In fact, because I loved
the red version of this dress I had previously worn, I
bought it in blue too! Did you recognize it Vincent?"

"Ah of course I did, err did you say
you wore this Blue dress before?"

"No not this same dress, but it was the same design
only in RED...remeber? You said you really liked the
frilly ruffles, and it had the dropped waist...oh never
mind, any way the point is I loved this style so much, I
bought it twice..."
And then Catherine dreamily sighed, and finished by
saying,
"...and when I wore it, I felt just like a princess..."

To which Vincent in an attempt to get back in
Catherine's good graces, gallantly smoozed,
"Tis only fitting, since you looked like royalty
PRINCESS Catherine."

To which Catherine responded, "Princess Catherine
uh? Nice try Vincent!"
Thoughtfully, Vincent turned the page and reminisced,

"And on this date, Catherine, you surprised and spoiled me.
Not only with a pair of custom made skates...but by how well
you skated as well..."

"I surprised you? What about you Mr. Twinkle Toes!
Your figure Eights were spot on. And do I need to remind you
how fun and romantic that Valentine date was?"

To which Vincent with a smile in his eyes, said,
"No Catherine, you need not..."
As Vincent looked at this photo,
he sighed and said, "Beautiful, simply beautiful..."

"Thank you Vincent, and I loved the single Red and
White Rose you gave me...you know, I believe the
simplistic gifts are always the most special to me."

With a tip of his head, Vincent said,
"And they are more economical as well."
Catherine then noted, "This was a fun time, I loved the
stunning view of the city you showed me that night..."

"Yes, though the city did look stunning
in it's striking reddish hue...
it paled only Catherine,
to the love I have for you!
Hmmm, that rhymed didn't it?"

With a chuckle, Catherine replied,
"Indeed it did my Shakespeare!"
As Catherine looked to the next page, she mentioned,
"I Loved this dress too...I must have shopped for days
till I found just the right dress for this date. Don't you
think its slimming on me Vincent?"

Taking in a gulp of air, Vincent carefully weighed his
words as he answered, "I believe you would look just
as beautiful AND slim in a flour sack Catherine...errr, I
mean, you'd look good in nothing at all, I mean..."

Then as Vincent got a nasty look from Catherine,
he changed the subject as he asked,
"Hey, how about me in my Dublet? Uh?"
Welcome!
Oh look, Catherine and Vincent are looking at their
Photo Album, and it sounds like they are chatting
about past Valentine's Day dates...
Sweetly, Catherine asked,
"Awe remember this Date Vincent? I was beginning to
wonder if you were going to show up!"

To which Vincent humbly replied,
"Yes I do Catherine, it was the night Mouse's generator
needed re-charging, and I had to wait to use the blow
dryer. And I also remember how sweetly you forgave
me for making you wait."

In reply, Catherine humorously admitted,
"Well, I shouldn't tell you this, but I was a little angry at
you for being so late, but the moment I saw you, I
couldn't stay mad...and I do remember thinking your
hair looked extra handsomely coiffed that night, so
may I say, you were worth the wait."

With an air of humility, Vincent replied,
"My my Catherine, you do have the ability to cause me
to blush..."
Let's listen in, shall we?
Upon clearing her throat,
Catherine moved on as she noted,
"Oh my, here we are on another Roof Top Date!"

To which Vincent asked, "Another? We only went on a
few Roof Top Dates...sounds as if you have grown tired
with my choice of venues Catherine..."

"Do I? Sorry, didn't mean to sound that way...I love
where ever you take me to Vincent."

Valentine's Day Page
"Oh I remember this Roof Top destination! We could
see the Empire State Building and it was all festively
decorated for Valentine's Day, and it felt as if we were
the only two people on this earth..."

To which Vincent said,
"Ah on that night, I believed we were...."
With awe, Vincent then noted,

"You looked so lovely on this particular Valentine's day
Catherine...even the roses in Pai's Oriental Garden
paled to your beauty."

To which Catherine replied,
"What a sweet thing to say Vincent...and I can only
respond with a compliment myself by saying, how
handsome I thought you looked,
and what a divine time we had there."
As Vincent turned the page, he thoughtfully sighed,
"You looked so lovely for our date beneath the city two
years ago
Catherine..."

To which Catherine smiled, and said,
"It was sooo romantic listening to Schubert with
you...and it was so sweet of you to give me such a
thoughtful gift...our symbolic Red and White single
stemmed Roses..."

Holding up his finger, Vincent added,
"And daresn't forget the rosebud tea we shared as
well..."

With a raised brow, Catherine softly replied,
"Oh no, I could never forget the Tea Vincent...
it was divine."
As Catherine opened the album, she snuggled in,
and asked,

"Oh remember our date at the
Waterfall and Mirror
Pool
last year Vincent?"

"Yes, I believe it has become one of our
most special places...
"
