Mexican-Style Shrimp Appetizers





Ingredients
2 pounds frozen large shrimp
2 cloves garlic, minced
cilantro chopped
chopped onion
salt and pepper
olive oil
salt

Directions
Thaw shrimp, if frozen

In a heavy plastic bag
combine garlic
olive oil
onion
cilantro
salt, and pepper; mix well.
Place cooked shrimp in the bag
Turn bag to coat shrimp with marinade mixture.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours,
turning the bag occasionally.
To serve:
drain the shrimp, discarding the marinade
arrange on serving platter.
Place shrimp in center of platter
