Catherine’s Beauty Tips
#1  Rose Scented Bubble Bath

Catherine loves to please Vincent,
so she asked her good friend Avicenna,
who is an alchemist,
to mix a special liquid,
with Vincent in mind.
And so Avicenna developed a fragranced bubbly potion
from Vincent's favorite flower...The Rose.
The outcome is the recipe below.
It is easy, and can also be put into
decorative containers to give as gifts.
Ingredients
1 cup mild shampoo
(baby shampoo or a mild dish soap)
1/3 cup Glycerin
2 Tablespoons of Water
Essential Rose Oil
Directions
Mix together the shampoo
glycerin
and water
add 10 - 25 drops of essential Rose oil
Pour mixture into a  pretty bottle or jar

Thank you Catherine
for your secret of how to entrance Vincent!
Now if we could only find a Vincent of our own!

Rosemary Shampoo Recipe

Vincent loves Catherine's hair,
and is often caught taking in the scent of it...
so here is her secret!
Ingredients
2oz. Unscented or Baby Shampoo
10 drops Cedar wood, Virginia Red Essential Oil
10 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
1 Tablespoon Jojoba Natural

Directions
Make this in small quantities,
so that your body doesn't  become "bored"
with the same oils and they lose their effect.
When this shampoo is used up,
substitute the Cedar wood
for Sweet Birch Essential Oil
and the Rosemary for Lemon Essential Oil.
The Sweet Birch encourages
hair growth and the Lemon will brighten
any natural blond highlights.

Any combination of these oils can be used.
Rosemary and Lemon are good together as well.

even Paracelsus found it valuable!
